Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day

            

 Thanksgiving is celebrated on November 27, 2014. Thanksgiving is also to be celebrated to give thanks to whomever and for whatever reason or before eating on this day we also give out prayers and say grace before eating as well. This holiday is specially a tradition for us every November on the fourth Thursday of the month. Thanksgiving is now a very major holiday of the year. Thanksgiving is a broader holiday season. Thanksgiving had lasted three day nonstop of celebrating. People also celebrate thanksgiving with parades, eating and saying grace, and by football. This day was a harvest festival for the pilgrims.

8.      Thankful for knowing that my sister cares for me but she never shows it

The video that I liked that was so kind was the last video that was the little boy at a softball game. When one of the players gave the ball to the boy named Ian McMillan he was so happy but such a younger boy that was next to Ian wanted the ball but he didn’t get it. One thing that I like that Ian did was give the ball that one of the players gave to him and instead of him keeping it he gave it to the boy next to him because he was sad. It was very kind of him doing that and he got reward that he was proud of doing they gave him baseball bat with his favorite player signature and a contract but in forever in his life he will always keep that kind thing he did. It doesnt matter how old you are or even if young or old just the one thing that you should always be is kind to whom ever even if you dont no that person.

What this quote means is that you should always be a great a person in life no matter what. Also when you are kind to others or anything than that is what you are known for a great person and other might know you by great person. You can also be kind person if you help someone when they ask you or you just help them for no reason because you want to be kind.

If you know what you are hearing like rumors and it’s not true don’t bother in saying it or telling it to people because it is not worth it at all. 

Dental Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Dental assistants require handling with interpersonal and technical skills. They also have to explain to the patients of what their treatment is, developing the radiographs, and asking the patients about their medical history and to take their blood pressure and the pulse.

Salary: $35,080 average pay

            $34,500 median pay

Education:

To become this you would have to take an academic program through a community college. You would also have to go to a vocational school, or you can take a dental school.

Reflection: I would not like to become this because I really don’t have an interest in the medical field of becoming a dental assistant. I don’t have a problem into helping others because I like to do that but no matter what I am not interested in that type of position.

 Reflection: This quote means that whatever we do right or wrong is going to make a difference no matter what you do. If you do something right something good is going to come but if you do badly then something bad might happen.

Dental Lab Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

Dental lab technician replaces a tooth that is partial gone or if it is gone. They also replace what is missing like your body tissue and facial due from any disease.

Salary: $23.80 per hour $70,000 annual

Educational:

To become a dental lab technician is a high school diploma. You would also have to have taken math, science, information on technology, wood shop and art. After done with this you would have to go to a job training to get several experiences in this position. You would also have to go to a community college for two years, vocational school, technical college, and dental school.

Reflection: I would not like to become this because I don’t have a interest in this career. Another is because I can’t handle the noise from the tools they use in the dentist offices at all.
