Final: Part 1

1.      Things that I liked about this class are that we always learned something new in the student success statements.

2.      Some things that I didn’t like about this class were that some students would be interrupting throughout a lesson given.

3.      For me honestly I don’t have any recommendations because I liked how everything was planned out and how we had an efficient amount of time to work on certain things.

4.      Yes I did do my best because I always did everything that was asked to do.

5.      Yes I do read my life planning goals every day because it helps know what I have to do accomplish a goal have for myself.

6.      I am committed to being a CTR person because there is no point in doing stuff badly because it leads to bad things.

7.      Some things I will remember in this class is always learning new success statement and how some of them can impact in your life and making you see why you should be a CTR person because that was taught to us. 

The Ultimate Choice

Of all the choices you will ever make, one choice supersedes all others-the ultimate choice. This one choice will help you to always make correct decisions. This one choice, The Ultimate Choice, is your keystone to being the best student and person you can possibly be. This one choice will forever affect you for good more than any other choice. To be a CTR Person – to Always CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!

Reflection: This statement is very good because you should always be a good student and a good person because when you are good things come along. When a decision comes up and you don’t know what to choose because it can be either right or wrong you should always think about the consequences that can come along with what you are deciding. With what you decide in life you should think about how this can affect you in a way if anything goes wrong.

This quote means that when you don’t have a goal that you want to achieve something great in your life then you won’t have any type of direction to lead you towards the goal that you have for yourself, but when you have a goal then you already know what you can do to lead you towards your goal.

Reflection: The meaning of beautiful character is true about you having respect, harmony, and peace you will be fine and able to have good confidence and your self esteem will be fine and you wouldn't have to worry about it.

1.     Trustworthiness: your reliable, you do what you say you are going to do

2.     Respect: you treat others with respect by being kind, helping them, good manners

Reflection: The six pillars of character are very helpful so that you know what they are and what is the reason to being trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. Also you learn from them.

This quote means that to fail honestly than win by cheating because when you cheat you think that is a good thing that you got something good out of it, but when you fail with honor is better because you know that you didn’t cheat and you tried your best to win and do well. When win by cheating is bad because you know yourself you didn’t do it with honesty and consequences comes along when you cheat and that is something you will have to face because it is reality, but also with cheating you wont gain nothing from it because you wont learn what is best and by you being honest of what you have done.

4.     Few ways to honor and to show respect is to put out flower, decorating their graves, and to decorate with red, white, and blue

5.     Some few things that I am going to do to show honor and respect on Memorial Day is to wear something that has a red, or blue, or white if not one and thank the ones who had served our country because all my respect goes to them

This quote means that when you set yourself to do something better and you want to accomplish it you will do anything just to reach that goal of yours. Also if you make sure that you choose the right decision on what you want to do and you know some of the good and bad things that come and then that will help you make sure you choose the best thing for yourself.”

This quote means that the one thing that is good and important in life is good values. The reason being is because that is one thing that comes along when you choose the right decisions in life and you make sure you think about the consequence that can come along if it is bad and if it is good. When it comes to important things that we will need such as good values then we have to decide on what is more important in values that everyone has and yourself and to make sure you pick the right one, but it will be hard to choose at times with good values because you just don't know which is best.

Optician

Duties and Responsibilities:

They are qualified to make and supply eyeglasses and contact lenses for eye vision correction.

Salary: $33,770

Education:

Requires a high school diploma or a GED and followed by a training or apprenticeship

Reflection: I would not like to become an optician because I don’t see myself into going into this medical career path, but I would help the patients with their problem in vision/ sight.

Dr. Laura Schlessinger

This quote means that when you always do the right things in your life and make the best decision the one best thing that comes along with it is self-respect, you build up your self-esteem, and those should be the best things that you can get. You should always feel like this because it’s the best reward you can get instead of all the other things and when you don’t choose the right thing you can feel bad for yourself, regretting of what you choose, you won’t get a reward that you will like because you will face the consequences with what you choose.

This quote means that you should be choosing all the right decisions so that you can go far in life and to be able to succeed in life. You won’t really need your friends to stand beside you just need to be able to do this alone because friends come and go and they won’t be at your side all the time because they can be doing the bad things and then that can stop you from doing what you want to do and when you are alone you can go far and be able to make the right decisions. 

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Nursing home administrators work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and facilities.

Salary: $90,000 annual, $83,340 median pay

Education: bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, master’s degree

Reflection: I would not like to become this because I don’t see myself into this medical career. 

In the video it talks about how this guy named Eric Smallridge on how he was driving drunk and that cause him to get a ticket on for D.U.I. He then got sentenced to jail for the killing of two girls Megan and Lisa which he was driving them and they both passed away and he had went to jail. He was at jail and wrote a letter to the family saying how sorry he was for what he has done, the letter was sent to the parents and after they have forgave him on what he did. They have been going to high schools and talking about what could happen if drinking and driving. Eric Smallridge is now not in jail no more.

This quote means that when you get hurt or someone does something bad to you, you don’t know how to react but in pain. When apologized you forgive them for what they had done you start to go back to how it was.

Marketing Manager 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing managers monitor and market the trends; they also study the products and the service going out. Marketing managers work 37 hours a week. Help their companies meet their sales standard.

Salary: $25,000 - $40,000

Education: bachelor’s degree in business or marketing administration, sales and presentation skills

Reflection: I would like to become a marketing manager because I’m able to lead others on how to do a certain task that is asked to meet the sales standard, direct others to get things done and see new ideas being contributed.

This quote means that at any time you have to make a decision the best thing is to choose the right decision for yourself and not to listen what others say is best just because they choose it. 

I have achieved 70 victories out of 200 goals. The ones i have achieved so far were very successful at the end even though it took me a while for me to achieve. My life planning progress has became a very good help upon me because it has helped me send my mind to something that i want to do and even though it will take me a while i know that i will accomplish it no matter what gets in the way. The life planning goals helps me to set my mind to do what i want to accomplish in the later future. Also to read it more than one time a day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

They optimize employee health, to detect and to eliminate the underlying of any type of danger, hazards, or exposure from anything to be cared of.

Salary: $32,291 median pay average

Education:

High school diploma, training after college, master’s degree, must be certified

Reflection: I would not like to become one because I don’t see myself going into this type of medical career, but other than that I would just for the safety of other’s.

This quote means that when you step up and take action/ part into something then you are doing the right thing because you are helping them. This shows good character on them because people will know that you take part into things and you help others.

Medical Illustrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

A medical illustrator is a visual representation that is a result of art skills that conveys medical or biological information.

Salary: $62,000 - $100,000 median salary

Education:

Take a college preparatory program, should take art and biology in college, masters degree, human anatomy 

Reflection: I would not like to become a medical illustrator because I really don’t know how to draw at all, but I would like to be something else other than this.

Reflection: This quote means that you should never break a promise you make. If a promise is broken then it can be hard for others to trust what you say or what you will do. The promise that you make should be kept or you should do what they ask. 

Medical Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Medical assistants that supports the work of physicians and professionals. They also help with the patients that are in the room, they also prepare things needed towards the patient, keep track of medical history, and do vaccinations on them.

Salary: $29,370 annual,    $14.12 hourly

Education:

Post-secondary non – degree, high school diploma, GED, internship needed

Reflection: I would like to become this because I get to help the doctors with anything that they need, also in the rooms you get to ask what is wrong an put it into their records. I also have my sister who is one and she enjoys it very much and she is dedicated to it and seeing that made me want to consider it as a career I might take.

Visualization – Imagination

This quote is saying how you see yourself sometimes is of you are going to be later in life, for example when you don’t see yourself as doing nothing then that what you are going to get which is nothing. Another is if you don't see yourself in having a career than you wont even succeed in life.   The one thing that I see myself as a lawyer, but that is something that I hope to get, but also as a good person to others and to be a good well character. Another is to become a well responsible person in every day life. 

Social Worker

Duties and Responsibilities:

Social workers help people with improving the quality of life and well-being of individuals. They also help them with problems they have and to help them cope with their situation in their everyday lives.

Salary: $21.25 per hour,   $44,200 per year

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in social worker or a master’s degree and must be licensed.

Reflection: I would like to become a social worker because I would be able to help others and make a difference on what they need help on to help better their everyday lives. Also, help them change for the better than the worst.

This quote means that when you are a good/ respectful person you never fail in your life, but when bad it fails because you are putting a bad image about the type of person you are. You should always be a good person no matter what so that people know what type of a person you are and how you represent yourself not in a bad way.

3.      The one that I like the most is the largest cake sculpture. The reason that I like this best is because it’s the biggest cake and it has beautiful designs on it, also because it was done by one person and she accomplished it and it was just last year in November.

4.      I would like to break the record, but I know myself that I wouldn’t do it because I will fail at succeeding it.
