prescriptions. Psychiatrists may work for the government, have their own
private practice, or work in hospitals, clinics, or universities. Their duties include:

In addition to completing
the requirements for a degree in allopathic or osteopathic psychiatrists must
complete an intensive three year residency in psychiatry.
Reflection: Yes I would like to be a
psychiatrist because I would love, enjoy, and dedicate time to this process of
helping others. I would also consider
being this because I enjoy helping others with what they need help in in any
way I can. I would even make sure they get the treatment they need and therapy,
also tell them there options of what they have for treatment. Also to make sure
they know everything that is being explained to them so that they would know
what to do.
