In the story about Rachel it talked about of how a lady who worked at a golf course place in Florida, there was a bag laying on the bench and when she opened it had lots of money of stacks after stacks of $36,000 in the bag. When she opened and saw the amount of money in the bag she was shocked and saw an identification card in there, but when she saw that she immediately called the police department. She said that she was learned not to steal and say the truth and she did; but even though she didn’t get a reward she felt good for she did.

This quote means that when you are acting yourself, acting well behaved and etc. then people will honor you for how well you are acting towards yourself and others as well as well as your sportmenship. Another, is that when people see how you are acting and what you are determined to do then they will honor you for what you have been doing.

Environmental Health Specialist monitors health and safety conditions.  They also monitor how hospitals handle biological wastes; they work for private companies that are responsible for keeping the firm facilities.

Reflection: I would not like to become one because I don’t see myself perusing this type of career.

The quote by George Washington is stating that when you hang out when people that are a good influence on you, you are holding a very good reputation of yourself. If you are around bad people you will be bad yourself and not have a reputation that is good, but if people are bad don’t be around them because it is better off alone knowing that you are having a good reputation than bad.

This quote means that when you stay truth to yourself and not once tell a lie you would go far because you are being honest at what you are doing. Once you say a lie then you will not be true to yourself and then say a lie after another. If your going to say a lie might as well not even say it because there is no point into it, but if your going to say the truth then just say it because you are being honest and truth to yourself.

Veterinarian’s deal with many different types of animals. They also have health checkups, living space of the animals, perform surgeries on the animals when needed, and clean teeth and fix broken bones.

Reflection: I would like to become a veterinarian because I love to help animals and help them to be into a better health and for the animals to be healthier.

Reflection: I would like to become this because I would be able to learn new things and be able to communicate with others for all to contribute ideas.

Electrocardiograph Technician

Duties and Rsponseibilities: 

Electrocardiograph technician work in hospitals, laboratories, and in the cardiologist office. They work 40 hours a week and sometimes they have to work on the weekends. They also ECG by attaching electrodes to a patient and then them pulling switches on for it to trace the electrical impulses of the heart.

Salary: $30,104 median annual salary

Education:

To become an electrocardiograph technician you must have a high school diploma or equivalent to it. They must undergo into job training for at least 3-6 months. After you must have an associates degree and board certification.

Reflection: I would not like to become this because I don’t see myself into going to something like this.

Registered Dietitian

Duties and Responsibilities:

People who are registered dietitian expert into food and nutrition. These registered dietitian help/ advice people on what they should eat to help them have a healthy lifestyle. They also help others with making sure on how to help them achieve their goal.

            $26.56 per hour

Education:

To become a registered dietitian you must your bachelor’s degree and who has been participated training through an internship and later have to be licensed.

Reflection: I would like to become this because I like the fact that I would be helping other to make a change in their lifestyle for the better for them to have a healthy life style.

Reflection: This quote means that when you do something good you feel proud of yourself for what you had achieved or did. When you do bad you feel guilty for what you had did so you will feel bad about yourself.

Examples: 1. When you do good on a test you feel so good about yourself because you past it and did it correct.

Example: 2. when you take a test and you cheat on it but got a good grade you feel bad because you cheated from another person.

This quote means that we need to do what is expected from us and do it when we are supposed to and then when we are not supposed to do it because then you will know when to continue and when not to. 

In the video of Patrick it shows how he didn’t listen to his parents when they had told him to wear shoes he didn’t because he was wearing flip flops thinking that nothing was going to happen to him. When he finally realized that why his parents told him to put shoes on because he didn’t know if something was going to happen to him and so then that’s when he got stung by a scorpion. Some lessons that we can learn from the video is that when your parents ask you to do something it doesn’t matter what it is you should always listen to them no matter what it is because at the end if you don’t listen it can lead to something bad then what you have thought
