Veterinarian

Duties and Responsibilities:

Veterinarian’s deal with many different types of animals. They also have health checkups, living space of the animals, perform surgeries on the animals when needed, and clean teeth and fix broken bones.

Salary: $86,640

Education:

To become a veterinarian you must have a BAC CA laureate degree is required for admission into a vet medicine program.


Reflection: I would like to become a veterinarian because I love to help animals and help them to be into a better health and for the animals to be healthier.

Auricular Therapy

Duties and Responsibilities:

Auricular therapy is like healing your ear but with using needles. They also stimulate pressure points into the body.

Salary: $38,000 - $137,000

Education: You have a training done more 30 of the classes. You would have a high school diploma



Reflection: I would not like to become this because I really can’t stand needles. Not only that I would probably not know how to do the needles into the ear correctly.

Anesthesiologist
Duties and Responsibilities:

Anesthesiologist they are medical doctors who care for a patient before. They meet with their patient for to see what their condition is and to evaluate of what they have to get done for the type of procedure they are going to get done. They also explain to the patients of what might happen after what they might or do get done for themselves.

Salary: $1,200 per day
            $1,350 for cardiac cases or pediatrics
            $6,000 - $6,750 per week on an assignment

Education:

To become an anesthesiologist you would have to have to attend 4years of medical school. They must spend one year in internship and three more years in residency program. After those years are over you would need one year in fellow ship program.


Reflection: I would not like to do this because I get light headed with needles and when I see blood. Not only of that I mean I do like to help others no matter what but in this case I don’t like to risk someone’s life with surgery.

Ambulance Dispatcher
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ambulance as well as police and fire they all answer emergency calls and non – emergency calls. They also help with anything that is needed and they will go and help you. They also have to stay calm because of the information that they are collecting from the patients that need help. Dispatchers also collect detailed work as for needed.

Salary: $36,300 per year
            $17.45 per hour

Education:

Ambulance dispatchers would need a high school diploma as well with a pass of a written exam and they would have to pass the typing test. As long with that they require for you to have a hearing test passed and vision. Another requirement is take a lie detector, and a drug test with a background check.


 
Reflection: I would like to be an ambulance dispatcher because I would love to take the phone calls and ask them what is going to make sure I sent them what they need for an ambulance.
