Yoga Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help people with physical and emotional issues and/ or a specific health problem.

Salary: $36,900- 66,530

Education:

To become a yoga therapist you must have a qualified yoga teacher. You must also have taken a course in yoga therapy. Once you have finally token these courses you can register on a site called Natural Healthcare Council.

Cardiologist

Duties and responsibilities:

Cardiologist is physicians who are advanced in diseases of the heart. Not only with the heart but with the circulatory system. They also treat the blood vessels, vascular disease. The cardiologist has many different types of fields for them to work in.

Salary: $512,000

Education:

They must have a bachelor’s degree in order for them to get into medical school. They must have a pre-bachelor’s degree. 4 years of medical school to be completed, ten years of preparation and must pass an exam by the American Board of Internal Medical.

  

Reflection: I would like to be this because I want to be and medical cardiologist and as well as a lawyer. I want to be this because I like the idea of helping others of what they have or for other reasons.

Autogenic Training
Duties and Responsibilities:

Autogenic training is a training that teaches your body to respond to verbal commands. This also helps your body to respond to controlling breathing, blood pressure, heartbeat, not only that but with your body temperature. There is also 6 different types of autogenic exercises.

Salary: $35,000 - $142,000


Education: 

To become an autogenic training you really don’t have to take many classes. The course is only a short term class meaning you only have to take the specific classes you need for the course. You really don’t have to take any longer courses.

I would like to become this because I know this a good thing for your health, not only for that reason is because I have a couple of family members who would need this type of training for them for some causes they have.

Ambulance Dispatcher
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ambulance as well as police and fire they all answer emergency calls and non – emergency calls. They also help with anything that is needed and they will go and help you. They also have to stay calm because of the information that they are collecting from the patients that need help. Dispatchers also collect detailed work as for needed.

Salary: $36,300 per year
            $17.45 per hour

Education:

Ambulance dispatchers would need a high school diploma as well with a pass of a written exam and they would have to pass the typing test. As long with that they require for you to have a hearing test passed and vision. Another requirement is take a lie detector, and a drug test with a background check.


 
Reflection: I would like to be an ambulance dispatcher because I would love to take the phone calls and ask them what is going to make sure I sent them what they need for an ambulance.

Acupuncture
Duties and Responsibilities:

Acupuncture is someone who helps you with any illness and condition. They also help with any physical, mental, emotional condition to help prepare you with any treatment. Acupunctures also help you with therapy. Acupuncture’s may also help you achieve high balance and wellness in your life. They also try to help you relax. They may also insert needles into your body at times to help you with your functions.

Salary: $45,000 up to a year and up

Education:

To be acupuncture after finishing the courses as of what you would have to take you would have to be licensed as well. You would at least need to have up to 2,000 hours or more of training. This training would at least take up to 3-4 years to be complete. If graduate you would need an additional states license and also have to get an exam done to become acupuncture.


Reflection: I would not like to be acupuncture because I would not know how to help the patients with what they would need. Another reason I would not a acupuncture is because I cannot deal with any types of needles because that is one thing I do not like at all.

Ophthalmologist
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases. They treat vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eyeglass lenses. When necessary, they perform eye surgery. Most ophthalmologists are in private practice, however some are employed by hospitals or clinics, and others perform research.

Average Salary: $90,000 - $150,000

Educational Requirements:

Only physicians may study to become ophthalmologist. After completing medical school and an internship, an ophthalmologist must then complete a three to five year residency in an approved ophthalmologist program. After completing their residency program they must pass an examination to be certified.



Reflection: I would not like to be this. The reason being is because I wouldn’t like to look at people’s eyes all day to what has to be check.  The one thing that I would like to do is to help them in any way that I can to prevent them from something happening to there eye.
